October 27: Fulshear Scarecrow Festival
The planned community of Cross Creek Ranch will hold their annual festival in downtown Fulshear. The event features live music, games for kids, an adult grape stalk, pumpkin decorations and a scarecrow contest. Participants will also be able to vote for the scarecrow that deserves the top prize.
