The United States is home to over 1,500 casinos – more than any other country on the planet. And there are plenty of them beyond the borders of Las Vegas. Next to these casinos there are tons of options for where to stay, where to eat, and what to do. With so many options, how do you choose?

We asked a panel of experts to select 20 nominees in each category, and now we need your help to crown the winners. Vote for your favorite once a day until voting ends on Monday, October 11 at noon ET. The winning hotels will be announced on 10Best.com on Friday, October 22.
